Where and when we ship

Eligible orders from this website can be delivered within the United States, subject to destination and product limitations shown at checkout. Expect roughly 1–2 business days of processing, followed by estimated shipment transit of 3–5 business days. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.

Rates and customer information

Any free-shipping eligibility and the delivery charge are shown before checkout is completed. Supply a full, accurate address together with a working email and telephone number; missing or incorrect details can interrupt fulfillment or delivery.

Updates after dispatch

We provide tracking information when it becomes available, with subsequent updates dependent on carrier scans. Weather disruption, holiday schedules, heavy shipping volumes, or address changes can cause delays. Ask about delayed or missing parcels using your order number, checkout email, and tracking number.

Missing or affected deliveries

A parcel marked delivered should first be checked for at the delivery spot and with anyone who may have received it; contact us if it remains missing. For damage, keep the packaging and goods and share clear photos or video so we can review the problem and, if needed, coordinate a carrier inquiry. The appropriate next step depends on that review.
