Before an order is processed

A successful payment authorization is required before we process the purchase. Available methods are exclusively those presented by the checkout for that transaction, and this page makes no claim that a particular card or alternative is enabled.

Accurate details matter

Enter correct billing details and complete any verification requested by the payment provider. Providers can authorize, investigate, decline, or ask for verification; transactions that remain incomplete, cannot be verified, or present elevated risk may be postponed or cancelled.

Financial inquiries

Full bank-card numbers are not stored on these policy pages. Usually the card issuer can address payment failures, refusals, disputes or chargebacks, temporary authorization holds, and exchange-rate questions. For order assistance, send an order reference rather than sensitive card information.

Refund route

When a refund is authorized, funds are ordinarily returned by the original payment route in accordance with the Refund Policy.
